The programme  

  1. These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, are applicable across the entirety of Holland & Barrett Gibraltar’s Club Card operations. Holland & Barrett Gibraltar is operated by Everest Enterprises Limited, who is the operator of the Club Card programme ("the programme") and any participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. The Club Card account, card, key fobs, coupons and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Holland & Barrett Gibraltar and Everest Enterprises Limited which may, at any time, terminate the programme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the programme. 
  2. All members of the programme must be resident in Gibraltar and nearby Spain and aged 16 years or over. 
  3. You can register for the programme in store at either 53 Main Street or 160 Main Street.
  4. The Holland & Barrett Gibraltar Club Card (“Club Card"), in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card. 
  5. Members are only entitled to one Club Card each. Holland & Barrett Gibraltar reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time. 
  6. Your Club Card is personal to you. We do not issue additional Club Cards for your account, but your family and friends can of course apply for their own Club Card in-store.
  7. The programme is only for personal and consumer use. Club Cards cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose. 
  8. Club Cards can only be used for purchases in Holland & Barrett Gibraltar Stores located at 53 Main Street and 160 Main Street and are not valid in any other Holland & Barrett store worldwide. 
  9. Club Card accounts, cards, key fobs, coupons and points cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. 
  10. To receive full membership benefits of the programme, you must have your Club Card with you at all times in store. You may be requested to show ID. 
  11. Members must register their personal details in-store and keep Holland & Barrett Gibraltar informed of any changes. Holland & Barrett Gibraltar cannot be held responsible for any loss of points incurred as a result of out of date details. New cards that are not used for one year of being received and accounts with out of date details that have not been updated for one year will be removed and any points or coupons forfeited.
  12. The safe keeping of Club Cards remains the responsibility of the Club Card member, as do any details of your account. Holland & Barrett Gibraltar cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the security or safe-keeping of these items.
  13. Holland & Barrett Gibraltar may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Club Card accounts and points, in whatever form, and / or remove a member from the programme at any time where there is reasonable belief of: 

13.1. Any abuse or attempted abuse of the programme;  

13.2. Any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the programme; or  

13.3. Any behaviour relating to a Club Card or Holland & Barrett Gibraltar that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.  

  1. Members can choose to leave the programme at any time. By leaving the programme members forfeit the right to any points or coupons already accrued or issued. 
  2. Members who do not collect any points for one year will be removed from the programme and will need to apply for new membership should they wish to re-join. 
  3. Members may be able to acquire the points of a close family member who has died by providing a written request, informing us of the membership details of the deceased.

Club Card Points

  1. The current conversion value of points is one point equals one penny. We will not exchange Club Card points for cash. We may from time to time change the number of points you collect on products and services included in the programme. We will display notices in stores and at advising members of changes. 
  2. Club Card points can be earned at the Holland & Barrett Gibraltar store. The current introductory rate of points collected is 4 points for each full £1 of expenditure, after any discounts have been applied. Points will be collected on all purchases over £1. 
  3. To be awarded points, members must spend £1 or above on qualifying products in a single transaction. During time of point promotions or special offers, the amount of points awarded may change and may vary depending on the products bought, the amount spent and where the transaction takes place. 
  4. Members must present their Club Card at the checkout in order to collect points for a transaction in stores. It is not possible for members who forget to do this at the time of the transaction to have their points added manually.  
  5. Certain products may be excluded from the programme at the discretion of Holland & Barrett Gibraltar from time to time, particularly those which are the subject of other promotional activity. 
  6. Members can earn a maximum of 30,000 points in a quarter. 
  7. During any double points and other events in store members will receive the promotional rate of points only. The normal rate of points at that time will not be awarded in addition to the promotional points. 
  8. Holland & Barrett Gibraltar may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be treated as abuse of the programme. 
  9. Holland & Barrett Gibraltar is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points
  10. If you fail to present your Club Card when receiving a refund, we will deduct the points from your Club Card the next time you present it in stores. You will be required to show proof of sale. 
  11. When returning goods purchased from our store, unless you are requesting an exact replacement for your return, any Club Card points collected on those items will be deducted from your Club Card. 
  12. Points have no value until converted at the end the till for use to redeem against a product.
  13. Holland & Barrett Gibraltar is under no obligation to award Club Card points other than for qualifying transactions, but may award points for other promotional activities it deems to be suitable. 
  14. Points will be awarded for all product purchases in store. 
  15. Purchases made by redeeming points cannot be refunded but the value of the product including the points spent will be transferred to one of our H&B Gift Cards to be spent in store. 
  16. Members cannot collect points on their purchases until they are on our computer system, as outlined on the sign up This can take up to 7 days for us to do. 
  17. Members are unable to keep receipts as proof of purchase for the purpose of collecting points at a later date. Members can only collect points during the transaction and must be on our computer system.

Holland & Barrett Gibraltar Gift Cards

Holland & Barrett Gibraltar is operated by Everest Enterprises Limited, who is the operator of the Gift Card programme ("the programme") and any participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. The Gift Card account, card, key fobs, coupons and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Holland & Barrett Gibraltar and Everest Enterprises Limited which may, at any time, terminate the programme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the programme.  

The full terms and conditions for our H&B Gift Cards are as follows;  

  • Your Gift Card can be used in full or part payment against all purchases at the Holland & Barrett Gibraltar Store. 
  • The total value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance of your Gift Card until it reaches zero. 
  • You can add value to your Gift Card in-store from a minimum shopping credit of £5 up to a total maximum of £100. 
  • Your Gift Card will automatically expire 12 months after the last time you use it to make a purchase or top up the value. 
  • Holland & Barrett Gibraltar does not accept responsibility for your Gift Card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. 
  • Your Gift Card remains the property of Holland & Barrett Gibraltar and Everest Enterprises Limited and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. It is not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. 
  • Refunds on purchases made using the Gift Card will only be refunded back onto the Gift Card originally used. 
  • If you find a Gift Card please cut in two and return to Holland & Barrett Gibraltar, either at 53 Main Street or 160 Main Street, Gibraltar. 
  • This Gift Card can only be redeemed for purchases in Holland & Barrett Gibraltar Store and are not valid in any other Holland & Barrett store worldwide.
